K SRINIVASARAO filed complaint against Ecom Express on Nov 16, 2020
I placed an order in Reliance Digital website on **rd September, **** and the item details are : Jbl T***BLK Wired earphone, black Mrp : *** and it was couriered by Ecom express vide Awb no : ********** and the item was not delivered to me till today. I checked the status of my item in Ecom Express web site it is showing that the item was delivered to my address on **th September, ****. I raised a complaint by calling customer care numbers posted in Ecom express and they are simply telling that my complaint will be resolved within ** hours but there is no action. So many times i called and raised complaint, there is no action on my complaint, please help me to solve my problem
