On September **th i took airtel services for plan of **** and paid * months advance of **** rupees. I had an issue with airtel thanks benefits, as per Airtel black my plan i should get Otts subscription to claim in thanks benefits but am unable to claim them. So I raised request and they were closed without contacting I raised several requests on the same issue and they kept closing them without contacting not even a single call back and when I tried to mail them from my registered mail ID am getting reply that my mail is not registered against my airtel number.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
