I have received this message on my mobile two days ago but did not get any call from the Service Engineer. This is the same issue I have been facing for the last TWO months(* complaints raised with NO resolution). Iam buying water from outside from past two months, spent around ****rs already. I'm really getting frustrated about your service. I have enquired about other Water Filter Service providers, they are giving the service in covid situation also. Not sure why Eureka Forbes is so irresponsible in resolving customers' complaints.

Dear customer please share this Satisfaction code **** with our Service Engineer once your request no ********** is attended.

Could you please this issue on priority and help me resolving this?
