Complaint '**********' was registered on *nd Of August and still not resolved. The technician came and said that the filter life is competed which I don't agree as it's connected to municipal water which comes every alternate date for * hour (usage ** liters every alternate day). The filters were changed by the same person in April. He said that he will go to Office and will arrange a call back with his supervisor which never happened and he is not receiving my call. This raises a suspicious activity on the technician on whether he replaced the new filters in April. Later, I got a call from a different technician that he was assigned to this case. It's close to * months now and there are no updates. This is the way you treat a customer who has AMC. Request you to escalate this issue and take appropriate action and resolve the issue.
