Zoomcar host - My car not returning to me

I have attached my Kwid car to Zoom Car host in Jan ****, in month of Feb ZoomCar customer took my car as a booking provided by ZoomCar on their App and after * day i get to know my car met with an accident and from then i was following up with them for an updates but no response as we only have an option to raise tickets(no contact number is available to discuss with anyone) after * month now in April i tried to connect them for an updates then after they informed me that my car is in total loss so they will compensate for the same by giving some cash amount. today on **th Apr i received a call from ZoomCar person and he informed me that they can only compansate ****** Rs. against my car......... i have purchased it by giving ****** and after * month getting ****** Rs. with the loss of ****** RS.
