there is no one available in zoom car host app to support host all the issues are not covered in "Help & support" section in app and when we trying to contact there is no customer care no , no branch details nothing. My car got damage by the guest in my last booking i have raise issue in app but the vendor they have suggested for repair are asking for ticket no and there is no provision in app for that. I got challan of rs **,*** while booking which is also pending
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
