Zoomcar host - Booking and fuel amount not received fraud and cheating done

Since my vehicle is listed in zoomcar, on **th March, i received a booking with booking id JPSNCUZNL, vehicle was taken by user at **:** pm, but trip did not started on app, to which complaint was registered with ticket id *******, but to my surprise next day morning booking details vanished from the app and when i complained this on twitter was informed that the booking was cancelled, wherein customer took the vehicle drove for ***km, used **% of fuel and luckily returned back the car, i have been escalating this in every social media, but no resolution is being provided, they are harassing me by asking few details which already have been shared. I need my booking amount along with the fuel compensation.
