I moved out of Nestaway managed property on *nd December and according to their policy, you're supposed to get the refund within *-* working days after the move out. Nestaway still hasn't refunded my final settlement amount(including security deposit). Every time I call their customer care, I get fake promises and different dates. I even got a message saying that it had been initiated only to be told later that it's still getting processed. They have absolutely no care or value for their customers. Taking money and not refunding back for so long. This is pure cheating (service request SC_********).
