On ** Feb I am purchasing your high value car kia seltos first anniversary and invest my hard earn money of approx ** lakh in your brand. But at the time of purchasing I am not aware that I am purchasing the car from the company who does not have parts of there newly launched product.
From last one month my newly purchased car is standing in your service center for a part which your company does not have. Why are you launched the product in the market if you don't have spare parts and your company make ur fool from last one month and did not answer properly that when the part is coming and I can take my car
You make us fool by investing such a huge amount in the brand which does not provide good services to there customer. It's better to invest in indian brands and don't trust the newly launched brands like kia and don't harass us so that I can take legal action against your company.
