I was told by the oyo executive that our room has been booked at Govindpuri and the booking id is G*NJ****, we would had to pay only ₹*** for the room. He asked us to pay the booking amount first for the confirmation which was ₹***, we did the same. He said that my booking had been confirmed and it was reflecting in my oyo account also. That's why for easy check-in, I paid the remaining amount which was around ₹***. But when we reached the hotel, the desk manager said that we will have to pay *** more for the room, the room is of ₹****. When I cross checked from the executive again, he said there might be some problem and he rebooked our room to the nearby hotel, its booking id is JP*Z**** and again for the confirmation I would have to pay ₹*** again and I was in need of the room, I paid again. But same thing happened, again the next manager demanded ₹**** and executive also provided the information that * wheeler parking would be available. But in reality the street was so narrow, even * scooters cannot pass by altogether. I had to cancel all my bookings. See if there is problem between the hotels and Oyo, then why a consumer would be the victim. This is our hard earned money. Its just not about the money only. The trust and loyal customers that you are loosing and in result you are making us suffer in the mid of the night, just sending us from one hotel to the other. Please resolve thus issue asap!!
