No Broker - Money taken without providing a flat

As I have taken a freedom plan from no broker and fetching out owner details one of the property was under no broker team. The concern relationship manager mr RN singh contacted me, scheduled a visit to the flat, and finalised it as a mediator with owner and me. He asked me to transfer ***** token amount.
I kept on insisting him for rent agreement as I had already informed my previous owner of leaving the flat as my deal was closed and confirmed with this flat
Later I got to know * days before shifting when he stopped receiving my call that the owner has never accepted the tenancy and he has collected the token amount. Also his colleague gave me fake narrative that the owner has medical issue so the deal cannot be processed.
Now , I was not having flat to stay as anyhow I had to shift becoz my owner had alloted it to someone who was having a child and was not in position to compromise. I asked for another Flat but everything was taken for granted. What I have faced i only know in that condition.
Till now I have not received my amount even after saying your refund will be initiated.
Disgusting service, disgusting escalation, disgusting staff , everything messed ..
