I made a flight booking at Etihad Airways for **th May, **** from Bangalore to Munich (including return) via Yatra. The flight was cancelled from Etihad airline itself. But I was told to contact Yatra for the amount to be refunded. The refund was initiated from Yatra * months ago, but I have not received the amount yet. Endless emails were sent to Yatra, all they said is, its pending from airline. How on earth they cannot refund the amount (that also, after deduction) in * months time?
In fact, it has been more than * months now.
