yash filed complaint against Quikr on Apr 15, 2017
My order number is ********.
They are not refunding money and the only thing they do is send me with transaction number. The money is not in my bank till now.
No one seems to work in Quikr. I have called their supervisor in Quikr certified mobile and the same answer. I have written email on date ** Apr and no answer and on **th Apr but the said that the email on **th April was forwarded to quikr support and hence no answer.
Divyanka, Abhishek and Dada jaun has handled the case very lightly. I have spend about ***inr to just chase them and have info regarding the order status and not order refund.
I pity on Quikr for having staff that do not work. Inspite of Abhishek promising me to call back no answer till **days. Quikr is losing customers. The website showed the same product available till the time I called them and advised the same. But they said the product is not with seller.
I want my money back with compensation now. Since I have wasted my time and energy chasing with Quikr. They have pathetic employees.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
