Travolook - Money not Refunded

Respected Sir/Ma'am
My self Mayur Patel, I have booked my ticket from registered Phone number-**********, Reference Number: REF*********. This ticket got canceled and it has been * months since I am calling your customer care executive and all of them are giving me one week's time but the refund has not been initiated yet.
This is a very poor service provided from their end.
From the same reference number I cancelled on ticket from Mumbai to Kolkata, and that money has also not been credited to my account.
I request you to kindly return my money which has the value of Rs *****.
