My ref no with travolook is ********. I had booked a flight ticket thru travolook
and after confirmation from them paid the money . After accepting the payment they cancelled the ticket due to technical glitch and I was informed that the money would be refunded within ** to ** working days.
It is more than a month now and still have not got the refund. Every time I call up they say within this Friday I wud get the refund but it is week after week and I am still waiting.
I saw the reviews on their site and more ppl have the same issue. I feel it is a fraud site and they are swindling money from ppl like this.
Kindly help me with the refund.
