This is regarding a Macbook air that i had placed an order for on your site, i have all details of the person i got in touch with. While on call with him he informed me about how the macbook he sells are the ones that are usually put on display in the Apple showrooms hence the price is so low, which is Rs. **,***. he told me that i need to pay just **** first and then i would be required to pay **,*** as Cash on Delivery where the macbook would be opened in front of me. Next morning when the product is supposed to get dispatched i receive a call for them to confirm my order but i am told due to some CRN issue or something they can't accept COD and would require me to pay instantly. After that payment they asked me to pay GST of **,*** rupees and said that they just need to show the payment in order to pass the bill and then it would be refunded soon after. Then the assistant manager, who got on call with me asked me to pay *,*** rupees more as on the left side of my bill it said something about insurance and return policy for which i never asked, he then said you did not ask but it got added to the bill automatically so in order for the invoice to be created you can make the payment and it will be refunded instantly. Then another issue arose and they asked me for more money and kept saying we will refund it, until they asked me for the *th time and have asked me for **** more but i will not be making any more payment because they are not responding properly and refused to let me get on call with the manager and now my money is stuck. If you can please confirm with me whether this is legitimate and only then will i make the payment while also having a lawyer by my side so he can confirm, otherwise please look into this since a huge amount of my money is stuck and i am just a college student, i need a laptop urgently. total amount that they have taken from me till now is **,*** rupees. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
