Recharged my mobile number ********** on *th Jan **** with an amount of Rs. *** but it was failed.
Money was deducted from my bank account but it is still not yet refunded. On calling to their customer care they said they don't know about the failed recharge and they can't do anything and cannot refund the money.
I have two screenshot to prove it but unfortunately I can attach only one.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
