Cleartrip Flights - Money not refunded from Cleartrip

I booked my wife's and my flight from Cleartrip website. Our flight from Delhi to bhubneshwar was April **th, ****. But our flight got cancelled. I keep trying to call cleartrip but customer service didn't answer my call. When I email them with situation they give me a credit for * year which I don't need. I want my full refund back.
I will appreciate If you please help me in getting my money back asap.
