Cleartrip Flights - Technical Glitch in Cleartrip website

Team,
I have booked the ticket correctly through Cleartrip.
I have mentioned my wife first name and middle name and last name. I have also mentioned my daughter first, middle and last name.
Issue: My name which I have entered as middle name has been taken and ticket has been created for yogesh panjwani. Instead of Divya yogesh panjwani.
Even in my daughter's name middle name is not been taken.
This is technical issue and not sure whose side this mistake is happen.
