I ordered food of Rs ***.** from zomato on **th June **** at *:** P.M.
The expected delivery time was *:** P.M however the order was in prepared mode only till **:** and later it was not delivered. However in zomato suddenly the status changed to delivered.
Our entire family including the olg aged mother waited for the food and later as it went so late we had to sleep empty stomach.
Actions taken:
*)Tried contacting the zomato support in application but it is not working.Tried again after clearing zomato cache and reinstalling the application but the support chat was not opening in zomato app and it was clearly an internal restriction and fault from zomato side not the phone issue.
*)Next day I posted for assistance to zomato care on twitter along with tagging the zomato owner however I only got automated message that "we are looking into it".
*)also sent a mail with proofs of transaction and order id and also a screenshot of food not delivered lately to zomato support and legal counsel but still no reply was received from them.
As per the order from zomato if it was not delivered in ** minutes then it will be free but here neither it was delivered nor I received my money that is showing in statement has been paid to zomato.
We have been suffering from mental harassment and frustration since then complaining to them everyday and waiting for their reply.
