I did payment for booking of return flight ticket on *th april, ****, from lucknow to delhi through travolook.in.
Got call and mail with a link for repayment of flight ticket Rs **** due to failure to book ticket from their side and assurance that money deducted in first time transaction will get refunded.
Reference number of repayment link is REF*********
Even after ** days despite multiple times trying to call or mail travookin or WING IN TRAVEL ADVISORY PRIVATE LIMITED.. there is no response and there is no refund of my money till now.
It has caused me so much mental agony and financial loss. Kindly look into the matter.
