Yatra - Money not refunded by Yatra for a cancelled flight

I had booked flight tickets through Yatra for travel on **/**/**** & **/**/**** and due to an emergency i had to cancel the tickets by calling the Airlines ( Indigo ) directly and since i had approached the Airlines before **hrs of booking they said i was eligible for full refund.

The Airlines had also sent me the confirmation mail of depositing the refund in Yatra account and even i got a mail from Yatra confirming they have received the refund for both the PNRs mentioned above from the airline on **/**/**.

And, since **/**/****, whenever approached Yatra through mail they are saying the refund will be processed in ** hrs but even after waiting for * days ( *** hrs ) they are not processing the refund.
