Yatra.com - money not refunded by yatra com

Booked a ticket with yatra.com reference number *********** for April, the flight was canceled by airlines due to covid. Indigo refunded the money to yatra.com in June but they did not inform me for months and kept showing it as a credit shell, When I tried booking my ticket again using credit shell it started showing error message. When I questioned the airlines they told me there is no credit shell as money was refunded back to yatra.com in the month of June itself.
I had to file a cancellation request to get the refund where they deducted some money against the discount offered. Now first they claimed o ** Oct that the money has been refunded, but after a week again they asked for my bank details to process NEFT. I provided that too, now again on */**/** they asked for details a copy of my passbook/canceled personalized check, I provided that too.
I have still not received my money while they sent a message to my registered phone number that the money has been refunded.
