I canceled a hotel at Oyo on ** Aug ****. I was told I'll get a complete refund for this transaction but I received a partial refund. I raised a complaint several times and every time I was told a refund is being processed. The Conversation moved to email too and they said refund will be processed but to date, I haven't received any refund till date. Whenever I try to call customer care they keep on transferring my calls from one place to another but don't provide any resolution.
I am also attaching the screenshot of the email I received from oyo team.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
