PNR - *ZIR** - REFUND not done
I (Sunanda Biswas) booked a ticket from Mumbai to Delhi for **th June (Rs.****).
PNR - *ZIR**
On *th june, I called Air India customer care for rescheduling of ticket.
The executive asked me to make another payment of **** to reschedule the ticket on **th June at *pm flight.
He sent an email with a link and asked me make the payment within * hours. I made the payment within around ** mins and got a confirmation message (screenshot is attached).
The next day I got a call from Air India airlines that they could not make my booking because the payment received was after * hours due to technical fault.
Till now, neither I got my ticket confirmed nor I got my money refunded.
Please help to get my money back.
I made all the payments through netbanking.
