Makemy Trip - Money not refund

I have done hotel booking through makemytrip with booking ID NH************* on **-**-**** .Due to covid pandemic the booking was cancelled by makemytrip and had assured me in written mail that amount will be credited to my wallet. I had then called the customer executive who again assured me to be credited within * working days. Even after making several follow ups on mail still the amount is not credited. At present there is no system in makemytrip to speak the customer executive
