SRIDE - Money not credited by Sride

I have been using sride and every time I give a ride to my co riders after completing the ride the app says that the money will be credited to my bank account after *-* working days. But still now I haven't received any payment even after constantly raising it to the support services. It's like a scam the company is doing.
