I had bought a boat sound bar from Croma store at Kilpauk on Thursday **th April ****, , the amount was ****, the sale girl swiped my card & since her swipe machine was not responding while this was in process, she removed the card from the machine & brought another swipe machine & swiped again for ****, immediately I informed her that twice the amount has been debited from my account, she had told me that within ** hours the amount will be reversed to my account, till date nothing has happened, in spite of repeated calls.
