I bought an instant water heater from Croma which stopped working within a day. After repeated complaints, Croma finally got the product picked up. After wasting a lot of time, they said that replacement product is not in stock and hence can't be delivered. I paid using a gift card+UPI for this order. They are not refunding my money. It has been ** days of harassment from start till now. They have stopped replying to my emails and calls.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
