I've done a transaction on **th of Dec'**** with order ID (***********) & transaction ID (***************). Money got deducted from the credit card & it didn't got credited to my landlords account not getting refunded back to my credit card.
Its been ** days i'm following up with paytm customer service via chat, call & twitter but no one is responding or trying to resolve it & matter of fact no one is taking it seriously.
My landlord is scolding me like anything.
I'll pay rent quarterly & from last * months i didn't paid the rent due to financial problems & when i paid via my credit card Paytm steal my money & not giving me back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
