Vagdevi filed complaint against Jio prepaid on Jan 16, 2021

On *th January ****, I have done transaction for prepaid mobile recharge and for the first attempt money got debited and showed fail status again I have given another attempt and then also money got debited from my account but refunded instantly. So here my issue is first failed debited amount not yet reflected back into my account and in application it shows it takes *-* business days where it been more than that. This is not the first time am facing this issue I just lost ***/- like this before and now the amount is ***/-. I really don’t tolerate the negligence this time I have lost plenty. Hope you respond as soon as possible and return my amount debited. I have tried to contact also but putting me hold for an hour. I want action from your side soon. Ref num-************.
