i have recharged my number ********** of rs *** on *th dec **** at **:** pm from my airtel bank the amount has been debited with transaction id ********** and upi reference id ************. As per NPCI the transaction is successful and credited to jio. but after ** days jio is telling that they have not received the payment and also not refunding my money. Airtel bank is telling it is successful from their end and contact the operator.kindly tell jio to refund my money to source account, now bank is telling contact operator and operator is telling complain to bank. i do not know to whom i will complain. i alternate number is **********
