I tried to book * tickets from Kol to Hyd on *th Nov from * different Yatra accounts.The first one went through , however the second one ,ticket was not booked even though money was deducted from my account. I have coordinated with my bank and they have providede mails that the money has been credited to yatra account successfully.But team Yatra is not responding nor are they refunding my money, saying that the transfer had failed.
