I ordered a Vostro ** **** laptop from Dell's website and paid *****/- through net banking and the money was deducted from my bank account right then but I never received any order confirmation email or any kind of acknowledgement at all from Dell. I've tried talking to Dell's customer care but it always shows busy even after waiting for hours and even if I somehow get connected( which is very rare ), whoever picks up just tells me that he/she will connect me to some other representative and this keeps going on and it takes hours to get connected with the representatives even once and sometimes they just shamelessly hang up without saying anything and I have to wait again for hours to get connected with them again just to experience the same thing again. After a lot of trouble I managed to obtain an email from them but that also is useless because they take days to reply to my emails. The website promised to deliver the order in *-* days but its been more than * days and they haven't even sent an order confirmation or refunded my money back. I urgently needed a laptop to attend my online classes but thanks to Dell's horrible service, I'm out *****/- and have no money left to order another laptop and attend my classes.
