I had a total of Rs **** in my dream** account and it was debited from my account recently. I raised a complaint with their help desk and they responded back to me after more than a week that any non utilized money for a period of * year will not be available. It seems that its is part of their terms and conditions. This is broad daylight robbery as they are taking money from accounts even without a warning or notification. On top of it there were no games to play during COVID lock down.
