My registered number is **********. I had ordered food and beverages item via bookmyshow app on **rd October ****. The transactions were made through lazypay app. Transaction IDs are TXN********* and TXN********* at **:** am and **:** am respectively on ** Oct ****.
The transaction Id TXN********* was successful but I didn't get any service. Bookmyshow is telling they have not charged any amount from Lazypay. Lazypay is telling they successfully sent. Please help in getting me the refund.
