Placed an order to Lulu via PayU from Lazypay. Transaction not processed due to incorrect credentials (despite entering the otp sent by lazypay) but Lazypay sends an invoice showing amount deducted and a fake transaction ID. Such a transaction never happened with PayU but amount deducted in lazypay.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
