I have booked an Oyo today **th dec ,**** my booking ID is C******* I booked for **th to **th dec ..when I booked the ammount that was showing was *** /-and after I paid ...it says booking is on hold **** more to pay for confirmation...
So I called Oyo they did not resolved my issue ....they even said it was me who willingly pay *** ...why would I do that even...
So they said you have to pay if not then the no refund will be issued.
Yet i checked *-* times ..the hotel is still available for *** rs for one night ...so they just accepted that the app is not at fault I am the one who is wrong ...
I have proofs regarding the matter
