Dhurbajyoti Bamun filed complaint against OYO on Nov 26, 2022
Dear Sir, i have done a booking on Oyo rooms through calling then in the number they provide in app. I paid INR *** through fampay UPI service. Money was deducted and i recieved the msg of this transaction than the guy in call said me to wait a min he is confirming than the call got cut but room booking not done. Then I contacted the customer care and asked them for refund. But they said they didn't received any payment.
Below is message which i received from my bank-
Hi DhurbajyotiBamun, you have just sent Rs.***.** through dhurba.famc@idfcbank to oyorooms.rzp@axisbank using your UPI app in response to the collect request. For the record, here's your txn ID ************

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
