I had made a booking on Oyo on **-**-****. The payment was done via Phonepe application. The amount (Rs. ****) was deducted from my account but the booking was not made in the Oyo application. It showed that ' The booking was unsuccessful '. I contacted their customer care the same day itself and reported the issue. They asked me to wait for ** hours the refund will be initiated by that time, else to call them back. The refund was not initiated and I have been calling them till this day but I haven't got a proper response from them.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
