I was existing customer of OneAssist from last year.my membership renewal was due on ** July **. On * July I have called OneAssist online assistance no to get my membership cancelled. The representative tried to convince me for renewal...then I said keep my request on hold and she said she will arrange a call back on * July. But on evening of * July I received an email regarding transaction of **** RS regarding renewal of membership. This happened without my approval as I was no longer in mood to renew these services.
Request kindly address the issue please.
