- Money debited flight tickets not booked Closed
I had done a transaction of Rs ****.** on **/**/**** from yatra.com via amazon pay using SBI credit card. However, though my card was debited I didn't receive my services.
As such, I raised the issue both in yatra.com and they confirmed to me over written mail that they haven't received the payment. Accordingly I raised the issue with SBI Cards and even took the matter to RBI Banking Ombusman. The final resolution RBI took after checking all financial datas and fact was that the my money was neither with SBI Cards Or AmazonPay.
Only due to negligency on part of Yatra team I had to face embarrsment in front of the commitee as well as faced loss of time and money.
Now, when I inquired to Yatra over mail on *th and **th Aug, ****, they didn't even replied.
