my mobile POCO x* pro under the warranty period and it is under maintenance to POCO service center since ** days.
I am a student and i have purchased the above mobile for online study, but because of the above service issues and not repaired and no satisfactory answer by customer care.
I have lost my studies since ** days and not in position to recover.
This is not right with customers by poco company.
I need the celerity for mu mobile.
I have spent Rs ***** for my studies due to non availability of mobile for study.
