When I tried to claim the insurance they say I have to register in ** hrs and neither you are giving me an option for *nd claim as said in the policy.
I was inquiring about policies but the contact number was not working due to technical issues. I was submitting a request for enquiry from the portal. I even asked for what is my exact policy number to claim but they responded after *-* days. I have a record for that. When I requested for claim I randomly selected a date for the incident. They are saying you are not allowed for *nd claim but in the document I received says can apply for * claims.
