We have taken a plan for one plus * pro vide invoice no DC******-** dated **-**-** with order no as *****, dated **/**/** in the name of Shikha Jain. Mobile plan taken was plan * which covers ***% refund on theft & any damage(physical, accidental,liquid). The phone screen got damaged due to bike accident and when reported to Dymaje they declined the claim saying negligence is not covered. It was due to an accident which is covered under the plan and should have been paid. kindly help.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
