Dymaje - After the payment the company is not responding calls or emails

I took mobile insurance from the company Dymaje (https://www.dymaje.com/) and I paid an amount of INR ****. One incident happened on **/**/**** and my phone screen was broken and claim for insurance and they are not ready to process claim amount, as well as they, are not responding to my calls. The numbers they mentioned that also incorrect those number belongs to an immigration company. Kindly request you to take a appropriate action against the company otherwise they will do the same thing with a lot of people.
