I had booked a return international flight on Feb ** from Delhi to Raleigh Durham for ** Mar via MakeMyTrip and of airlines KLM. However, one leg of the flight was cancelled by the airlines and also there were restrictions in place for international travel due to COVID. Government of India has advised the travel companies to give refunds to customers but in spite of that MMT is not giving any refund for the last * months. They had given me a consolation via customer care call that I will get a full refund (I also have a recording of that). They always cite that it is up to the airline and they are not giving a refund.
I would like to have a full refund for that. Even my friend has got the full refund, so it is legally correct to get one.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
