Anjani Courier - Missing parcel and no refund for the same nor any respinse

The parcel was dispatched on **th June ****, it reaches Bangalore on **th June, whereby after that since now they haven't delivered the same. After repeatedly begging them for the parcel, they at last asked me to come and pick up the parcel. I spent *** rs as my convenience charge , whereby after reaching their office they asked me to wait and then refused to give me the parcel saying that they are unable to locate it. Moreover the Bangalore courier persons started ignoring calls after me calling him for ** ** times a day, and everyday assured me for the delivery to be done on the next day. The docket no being **********, now they very shamelessly have said that since parcel was small we are unable to locate it and hence it is lost. Moreover they now have no response in the terms of reimbursement for the same, their number on the site is also incorrect, and they are now not even bothered to even refund back the money.
Shameful people and disgusting service. I request the authorities to take a look and get my money refunded.
