Anjani Courier - Abusive behavior by courier guy named Firoz

I received a call on my number ********** where Mr. Firoz called me on *th Jan ****. I was supposed to deliver my parcel to my address located at Malad west. He called me to ask my address and when he realized that I was not at home and my mom was available he could have delivered the same but he spoke in a very cheesy manner and told me to collect the same from his home personally. When I asked regarding the awb he refused and told me that I have to meet him in a seculed place.
