I booked a parcel from Rajkot to Bangalore which includes food items along with other items.
When I booked, courier company committed I'll get it delivered in Bangalore address in * days. Booking date at Rajkot - *st July ****
Expected delivery date at Bangalore - *th July ****.
But today(*th July *****) I called Anjani courier bangalore office and they told I'll get the parcel on *th July *****(Monday) which is * days delay.
All the food items will be spoiled by that time. Anjani courier has committed to deliver the parcel in * days while taking the booking but not keeping the commitment. I want to lodge a complaint for loose customer service and flase commitment.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
